 TechSupport Requirements

Technical support workers manage, maintain, and repair IT systems. Their responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software that is work of technical supports employees. These work also do two type work from filed and from office through online/video call or google meeting. 
  • To become a technical support officer, you need to have a degree in computer science or information technology. 
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous. 
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is also preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS is a must-have skill for this job.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software is also desirable. 
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are essential for this role. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are also required as technical support officers need to talk to customers directly and create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication. 

What is some common Technical Supports Issues? 

Some of most commone technical problems in every system: 
  1. Computer won't start:  This could be due to a power supply issue, a damaged hardware components, or a software problems.
  2. Slow computer performance: This could be due to insufficient RAM, a fragemented hard drive, or malware. 
  3. Internet Connecitivity issues: The could be due to a faulty modem or router, incorrect network setting, or and outdated network driver. 
  4. Software installation Problem: This could be due to compatibility issues, insufficient disk space or corrupted installation files.
  5. Hardware componets failure:  This could be due to a malfunctioning hard drive, graphics card or motherboard.

  • Good Knowledge About Technical:  How to work Computer, OS, Networking about basic ..........
  • Problem Solving Skills: Troblueshooting, Settings , Installation, driver 
  • Client Handling Skills:  Problem Analysis about
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good Communicate to Client and GOod Behaviour, Rapo Bulid, Relationship with customers, 
  • Ability to Learn new Softwares: Learning Attitute like "AI" or anything like that.
